Schedule and manage reports

1. Introduction

Admins can automate the generation and delivery of employee reports, ensuring timely access to key data across the organization.

2. Available reports

Request, schedule, and download employee reports from the following apps:

  • Users report: Lists all employees with their demographic details, within the organization.
  • Performance overall rating report: Overall performance ratings to help HR and leaders quickly understand how individuals perform across the organization.
  • Performance review areas report: Employee and reviewer inputs provide detailed performance outcomes and support informed talent decisions.
  • 360 feedback report: A consolidated view of an individual’s performance and behavior based on feedback from multiple sources.

  • Learning report: All training activities in the organization.

  • Survey individual report: Results of an individual’s survey responses.

  • Talent profile report: Summarize each employee’s talent profile.

  • Rewards report: Employee-wise points added and redeemed, with the corresponding dates and total funds used.

  • Goals report: All goal-related details such as status, timeline, and alignment.

  • Goal check-ins report: All goal check-ins and related data.

    3. Request or schedule reports

    Navigate to Settings > Schedule Reports > Available Reports.

    Before requesting or scheduling reports, download a sample template for reference.

    Click the Download Sample file for any app.

    Request the reports and schedule their download as required.

    1. Click Request Now to download a report.

    The report successfully downloads in a few minutes.

      2.   Click Schedule to set up recurring reports. Learn more in the next section.

    While requesting or scheduling reports, you can select a

    • Cycle for the Performance and 360 Feedback apps
    • Course or learning path for the Learning app
    • Survey for the Survey app
    • Delivery channel

    📒Note: If you select a delivery channel, reports are delivered to it automatically. Otherwise, download them from the “History” tab.

    4. Set recurrence for schedule reports

    While scheduling, you must set up the recurrence.

    1. Click Schedule for an app and select a filter.
    2. Select any one of the frequencies:
    • Daily: The report is delivered every day.
    • Weekly: Select a day.
    • Monthly: Select a day or date.
    • Quarterly: Select a quarter.
    • Annually: Select a month.

      3.   Select a delivery channel and click Save.

    5. View and manage scheduled reports

    1. Navigate to the desired app and click Scheduled Reports.

    A list of scheduled report requests appears.

      2.   Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right of a scheduled report.

      3.   Select Edit or Delete as required.

    📒Note: Deleting a schedule also removes the request from the History tab.

    Click the scheduled report to track its status, whether pending or completed.

    6. Download completed reports

    After reports are ready, they are automatically downloaded to the delivery channel you selected during scheduling.

    You can also download reports from the “History” tab.

    Navigate to Settings > Schedule Reports > History.

    Click the Download Download Grey-1 icon.

    Set the occurrence period to filter reports by a specific time range.
