Submit team pulse responses
After admins launch a team pulse, employees receive notifications on the scheduled start date and time through pending actions on the homepage, in-app, and email. Submit your responses before the due date.
If the organization uses MS Teams or Slack, you also receive notifications on those platforms.
You can respond to the team pulse through any of these notification channels.
📒Note: The system sends notifications based on the organization’s preferred time zone. If you set a personal time zone, the system uses that time zone instead.
To respond within the app:
Navigate to Apps > Team Pulse.
- Choose or enter your response based on the question type.
- Click Submit at the top right.

3. Click Submit again to confirm.
📒Note: You must answer all questions before submitting.
Update your responses
After submitting your responses, you can edit them until the response period ends.
- Click the Edit
icon at the top right.

2. Modify your responses and click Submit.
After your submission, your manager reviews your responses. If you have any concerns about the review, you can initiate a conversation. Learn more in Initiate a conversation in team pulse.
