View instant feedback reports

View an instant feedback report to review the results of a completed survey.

Open an instant feedback report

Navigate to Apps > Butterfly EI > Instant Feedback.

  1. Search a survey by keyword or the name.
  2. Use the status filter to view All or Closed surveys.
  3. Sort the surveys by Newest or Oldest.
  4. Click the survey card to view its results.
  5. Click the Download icon to export the report.

Each survey card shows the survey name, date range, status, targeted teams, number of people targeted and respondents, number of people who opened the survey, and number of questions.
