View past performance reviews

Admins and managers (with appropriate permissions) can view employees' past performance reviews to reference previous feedback, understand performance trends, and compare results across review cycles. This helps them make informed evaluation decisions.

Employees can also access their past performance reviews for self-assessment and track their progress over time, and support their ongoing development.

Find the form

For admins: Navigate to Apps > Performance > Overview.

  1. Open the drop-down and select My Org.
  2. Click Manage for a cycle.
  3. Open the review form of an employee.

For managers: Navigate to Apps > Performance > Overview.

  1. Open the drop-down and select a team.
  2. Click Manage for a cycle.
  3. Open the review form of a team member.

For employees

Navigate to Apps > Performance > My Reviews.

  1. Open the review form.
  2. Click the Up Up Arrow Arrow at the extreme right of the resource centre to open it.
  3. Click Performance to view past performance reviews.

Common steps (for all personas)

There is a resource centre (green panel) at the bottom of the screen.

  4.   Click the Up Up Arrow Arrow at the extreme right to expand it.

What you can view in the resource centre

The resource centre, available at the bottom of the review form, displays details from various apps (if enabled).

  • Profile and talent card
  • Goals: Assigner, progress, and status. Click ADD GOAL to create a new one.
  • Past performance reviews based on applied filters
  • 360 feedback reviews based on applied filters
  • Feedback: Type and content received
  • Praise: Recognition received
  • Check-ins: Name, requestor, recurrence, completion status
  • Learning: Courses, learning paths, points, and status
  • Growth: IDPs and their progress
  • Certifications: Uploaded certificates
  • Notes: Reference notes. Click ADD NOTE to create a new one.
  • Job description: Role details
  • Documents: Uploaded employee documents
  • Engagement: Points, badges, and rank
  • One on one: Participants, meeting date, summary, discussion points, and notes
  • Meetings: Organized versus participated meetings, total discussion points versus completed, and pending tasks

📒Note: You can view these apps in the resource centre only if the admin enables the respective apps.
