Visibility restrictions on the performance review forms and ratings
In many organizations, HR team members serve as site admins. By default, all site admins can view the review forms and ratings of all employees. However, this system behaviour restricts site admins from accessing the review forms and ratings of their managers and seniors in the hierarchy.
Scenarios with examples
Scenario 1: Same level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Alice Singh or Mila Richmond because all three are site admins at the same level.
Scenario 2: Senior level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Liam Sherman or Alexis Baker, as both hold senior positions.
Scenario 3: Different departments or business units
Liam Sherman can view the review details of Chrysta Philips but not Charlie Eriksen, as they belong to different departments or business units.
Scenario 4: Reporting manager
Chrysta Philips can view the review details of Liam Sherman, a reporting manager of Chrysta Philips. This scenario is possible only if Chrysta Philips is a site admin and is assigned as Liam Sherman's HR manager.

📒Note: Certain visibility scenarios apply only to site admins.
