What are the recommended courses?

Recommended courses are suggested courses based on the learners’ learning patterns and behaviors.
Learners can view course recommendations on their learning home page based on their learning history. They can explore and view suggested courses based on the enrollment of learners with similar profiles, such as job titles, departments, and business units.
Managers can view course recommendations on the dashboard and suggest courses to their team members based on the courses enrolled in by the learners’ peers.
Admins can view course recommendations on the dashboard and suggest courses to any employees based on the courses enrolled in by the learners’ peers.

If the learner's peers have not enrolled in any course, the learners, their managers, and admins will not view any course recommendations.
