What happens to survey results if I close or delete a survey?

The system does not provide an “Archive” option for surveys.

When you close a survey, the system stops collecting new responses.

The survey results remain available in the “Responses” tab.

Admins can search for the survey and view its results after the survey closes.

When you delete a survey, the system may permanently remove the survey and its results.

To preserve survey data, close the survey instead of deleting it.

Export the survey results before deleting the survey if you need to keep a record.
