What happens when the 360 feedback review period ends?

Review forms remain available until the 360 feedback cycle end date. After the cycle ends, a 24-hour grace period begins. Once the grace period expires, the system automatically locks the review forms, and participants can no longer submit feedback.

If a participant misses the deadline, admins can manually unlock that participant's review form to allow submission. Unlocking is participant-specific and does not reopen the review forms for all participants.
