What is instant feedback

Instant feedback gives managers a quick way to check in with their team on topics outside the regular pulse survey. It is useful for time-sensitive or situational questions, such as deciding whether to organize a team outing, collecting agenda items before an organization-wide meeting, or understanding how the team feels about an upcoming change in responsibilities.
