Configure skill framework

A skill framework defines and organizes skills across roles and departments in your organization. It provides a consistent structure to categorize skills and map them to growth, learning, and career development initiatives.

Admins configure the skill framework to define, categorize, and organize skills.

It helps organizations:

• Simplify talent assessment and skill development
• Identify and address skill gaps
• Align skills with career paths
• Support succession planning
• Enable targeted learning and growth initiatives

Use the skill framework when setting up talent management, revisiting career paths, launching learning initiatives, or standardizing skills across teams.

Enable skill framework

Navigate to Apps > Growth > Settings.

1. On the "TALENT MANAGEMENT" page, go to Skills Framework.

2. Use the toggle to enable Skills Framework.

After enabling, you can:

• Configure skill proficiency scale
• Organize skills into a clear structure
• Add and manage skill categories and subcategories
• Add and manage skills
• Import skills in bulk
• Enable skills for growth and learning
