Deactivate a talent pipeline

Admins can deactivate a talent pipeline when it is no longer in active use. Deactivating a pipeline preserves candidate data while temporarily restricting pipeline actions.

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.

1. Click a talent pipeline.
2. Click the Settings icon at the top right.
   By default, the “Pipeline Details” section appears.
3. Click Deactivate Pipeline to deactivate the pipeline.
4. Click Deactivate to confirm.

View a deactivated pipeline

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.

Option A:

1. Scroll right to the “Status” column.
   The “Inactive” status indicates a deactivated pipeline.
2. Open the drop-down and select Active status.
   

    

Option B:

1. Click the deactivated pipeline.
   The system indicates that the pipeline is deactivated.
2. Click Re-Activate.

What happens after deactivation

• You cannot open the pipeline.
• Candidates data remains intact.
• You cannot add candidates or update stages until the pipeline is reactivated.
• You can reactivate the pipeline at any time.
