Manage a meeting
Meeting organizers can manage meetings at any time, ensuring schedules remain accurate and up-to-date. For recurring meetings, organizers can edit a single event or the entire series to save time and maintain consistency.
Organizers can also edit or delete scheduled meetings directly in Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar if required. If the changes are not reflected within the Meetings module, manually sync the calendar.
📒Note: Editing a past meeting in the calendar does not update in the Meetings module. However, editing an upcoming meeting in the calendar updates changes in the Meetings module.

Organizers cannot schedule a new meeting within a recurring team meeting, but they can edit the timeline as required.
- In one-on-one meetings, both organizers and participants can schedule a new meeting between recurring ones by editing the timeline.
- The timeline is available in one-on-one meetings, even if recurrence is not set, but it is unavailable in non-recurring team meetings.
- Editing recurrence in a team meeting disrupts the recurrence pattern. In one-on-one meetings, the pattern remains intact, allowing you to add meetings in between.
- The start time of two meetings in a recurring series is always different.
- When editing or deleting a recurring meeting, select either a single meeting or the entire series.
- After a meeting, when you open the “Meeting Details” page, the “Share feedback” pop-up appears, prompting you to give feedback. You can skip or share your feedback.
⚠️Warning: Ending a recurring meeting stops the recurrence and deletes all future meetings.
