Create and manage notes
Create notes for your reference and share them with others. You can create a note about any employee and share it with anyone in your organization.
Navigate to Apps > Notes.
Create notes
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the Plus
icon. - Select Quick Note.
- Search for the employees the note is about and tap Select.
- Search for the employees you want to share the note with.
- Enter the description and tap SAVE.
Access notes
- View all notes you have created and that are shared with you.
- Tap a note to view its information.
Manage notes
- Tap a note.
- Tap the Overflow
Menu and select Edit or Delete as required.
📒Note: You can manage only the notes that you create.
