Finalize nominations for 360 Feedback

Managers can nominate and finalize respondents of their direct reports only if the HR/admins enable permission while creating a cycle.

You receive alerts such as Nominate Respondent and Finalize Respondent Nominations to give feedback to your direct reports.

Click NOMINATE or VIEW to perform the following actions:

• Add respondents
• Add external respondent
• Remove respondent
