Can admins view the talent card of all employees?

Yes, You can.

Navigation: Admin > Talent Profiles

1. Under Org Report, select General Report.
2. Hover over any employee name to get the View Talent Card option.
3. Click on the overflow menu and select Export to download all employee talent profile details.
