Allow Everyone in the Organization View the List of Contributors to the Goal

As an admin, you can always see the list of contributors to a department/Organization goal; hence, if you are not seeing any contributors, there are no individual goals aligned to that department/Organization goal.

Regarding the visibility of contributors, we have a setting that will let everyone see the list of contributing goals of a department/Organization goal across all the departments. Kindly contact support to enable this.

Note: Only site admins and department admins can see the contributors list by default.
