Submit career aspiration
Employees can submit their aspired role if they have not submitted it already. Adding an aspired role helps employees receive personalized development plans relevant to their career goals. It enables them to identify skill gaps, enroll in relevant learning programs, and create targeted Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to advance in their desired career path.
Navigate to Apps > Growth.
On the My Growth Hub page, click Submit now, click the drop-down to select an aspired role, and click Save.
💡Tip: Once approved, you can explore the career path to view:
- Technical progression from your current role.
- Required skills and competencies to achieve the aspired role.
Learn more in the Explore career path.
After adding your aspired role, you can edit it at any time.
Hover over the aspired role, click the Edit Icon, select a desired role, and click Save.
After submitting your aspired role, you can check your skill or competency gap.
Click the drop-down in the Skills Snapshot or Competencies Snapshot field and select Aspired role.
📒Note: The Aspired role option is available only after you submit it.
You can bridge skills and competency gaps by adding relevant IDPs and enrolling in recommended learning to achieve your aspired role.
