Discover talent in your organization

Talent discovery helps HR admins quickly find employees across the organization.

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Discovery.

Find talent using keywords

Use the search bar to find employees based on skills, experience, job roles, or keywords.

📒Note: Before you type, the search bar displays recent searches and suggested searches to help you start quickly.

  1. Enter a keyword or natural-language query (for example, “Data analyst with Python skills”).
  2. Review the list of employees appeared.
  3. Click Reset to clear search criteria if required.
  4. Click the employee card to open their growth profile.
  5. Select an employee card to take action.

The system displays employees ranked by relevance.

Refine your search

Add more criteria to refine your search and find specific employees.

  1. Click Find Talent By.
  2. Select the required search criteria.
  3. Select values for each search criteria.
  4. View the search criteria results.
  5. Click Reset to clear search criteria if required.

📒Note: The Skills, Competencies, and Role criteria appear only if you have an active subscription to Engagedly’s Growth app.

💡Tip: Use one or more criteria to refine your search results.
