Track stage actions
When a candidate enters a stage, its actions (tasks, courses, or learning paths) are assigned to them automatically. Each action is marked Pending, Assigned, or Completed, and the candidate’s card shows a completion count, such as “⅖ actions completed,” so you can view progress at a glance. To learn how these actions are set up, refer to Configure stages and actions in a talent pipeline.
