Engage and earn more points

Earn points and badges by participating in activities across Engagedly.

Points contribute to your total score, rank, and leaderboard position. Badges recognize your achievements and milestones.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards.

1. Click Engage & Earn at the top right.
2. Explore the available tabs:

• Company Badges: Defined by your organization.
• Activities & Badges: Linked to specific actions across apps.

Company badges

Awarded automatically or by managers or admins based on eligibility.

You can:

• View available badges and their descriptions
• View associated points or levels (if applicable)

Activities and badges

Badges are added automatically when you complete an activity.

Each activity displays activity name, points awarded, badge levels, and associated app (Learning, Social, Feedback, Goals, Performance, Team Pulse, Surveys, 360 Feedback, Celebrations, Growth, and Suggestions). You may also receive a joining gift.

Depending on your organization’s setup, you may earn points for various activities across multiple apps.
