Reset reward points

Admins and users with “Reset Points” permission can reset the points for any employee.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards > Overview.

  1. Click Reset Points at the top right.
  2. Perform one of the following:
    • Individual employee: Search for the employee and click Reset next to their reward points.
    • Multiple employees: Click RESET ALL POINTS.

     3.   Select Reset Both Points and Badges or Reset Points Only.

     4.   Click RESET.

⚠️Warning: You cannot reverse this action after resetting points.

📒Note: Resetting points sets the employee’s points balance to zero but does not remove existing badges or levels. Employees must earn points again from zero to unlock new badges or levels.
