Submit Butterfly survey responses

Employees receive a notification when a survey is assigned to them.

Depending on the survey, you may receive the notification through email or SMS, or access the survey using a Kiosk link.

⚠️Warning: After submitting your responses, you cannot edit them.

Open the survey notification or access the survey using the provided link.
Select your preferred language, if applicable.
Enter your responses.
Submit your responses.

The action you use to start or submit the survey may vary depending on the survey type. For example, you may need to click Respond Now, Give your feedback, Click here to start, or Take the survey now.

📒Notes:

Your responses to all types of surveys are anonymous, except for exit surveys, which are non-anonymous.
Responses to mood questions in a pulse survey are automatically submitted.
