Understand the cost of points

Understand how reward points are allocated and how their estimated cost is calculated based on currency conversion rates.

Formula:

Total Allocated Points for an Individual = Peer Points (if allocated) + Manager Points (if allocated) + CXO Points (if allocated) + Additional Points (if allocated).

The estimated cost provides an approximate value of the allocated points based on the real-time currency conversion rate in USD ($).

For example:
If the point-to-currency conversion in Engagedly is set as 10 points = ₹10, and the real-time exchange rate is 1 USD = ₹83, then:

• 5000 points = ₹5000
• Estimated USD value = ₹5000 ÷ 83 ≈ $60.24
