Add and manage additional reviewers
HR/admins can assign any employee in the organization as an additional reviewer. They can add and manage them if required.
Additional reviewers are individuals included in the review process to provide insights into an employee's performance. They can only add comments, offering diverse perspectives and valuable feedback that enhance the overall quality and accuracy of the review. They cannot provide ratings, as their role is to provide feedback and suggestions without directly evaluating employees' performance.
Navigate to Performance > Cycles.
Add additional reviewers
- Click MANAGE on the cycle where you want to add an additional reviewer.
- In the Process tab, click the Overflow Menu for an employee.
- Select Manage Additional Reviewers.
- Search and select the employees to add them as additional reviewers, and click SAVE.
Alternative method
You can also add additional reviewers using the following method.
- Click MANAGE on the cycle where you want to add an additional reviewer.
- In the Process tab, scroll to the right to view the Additional Reviewer field and hover over it.
- Click the Settings Icon for an employee.
- Search and select the employees to add them as additional reviewers, and click SAVE.
Manage additional reviewers
After adding additional reviewers, you can remove them if required.
4. Follow steps 1 to 3.
5. Click the Delete Icon next to their name and click SAVE.
