Add and manage feedback categories

Admins can add and manage feedback categories to organize and prioritize feedback effectively. This helps streamline communication between employees and their teams, ensuring that feedback is categorized based on its type.

Navigate to Settings > Feedback > Settings.

In the GENERAL section, click MANAGE in the Categories for feedback field.

Perform one of the following actions as required:

Add categories

You can add a new feedback category anytime. The added category is available to employees when sharing feedback.

Click +ADD CATEGORY, type the category title and description, and click ADD.

Edit categories

You can edit a feedback category anytime, updating the category title and description.

Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-3 Menu on the right side of a category, select Edit, edit the title and description, and click EDIT.

Delete categories

You can delete a feedback category anytime. The deleted category is not available to employees when sharing feedback.

Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the right side of a category, select Delete, and click DELETE.
