Add and manage tags
Admins can add tags to label the keywords associated with the courses and learning paths and manage them.
You can add tags in two methods and manage them: Method 1 and Method 2.
Method 1
Only the admin and learning manager can add and manage tags using this method.
Navigate to Learning > Settings > Learning.
Add tags
- Click Tags on the left pane and click ADD at the top right.
- Type the tag title and click ADD.
Manage tags
- Click Tags on the left pane.
- Click the Edit Icon on the right to edit the tag.
- Click the Overflow Menu to delete the tag.
Method 2
Admin, author, and co-author can add tags while creating learning. However, they cannot edit or delete it.
Navigate to Learning.
Add tags
- At the top right, click Manage Resources, and click Add.
- Select Create course from scratch or Create learning path from scratch.
In the Basic Information step,
3. Scroll down and click the Tags field.
4. Type the tag title and press enter on your keyboard.
