Who can edit an assignment to which the respondents started responding?

Authors or co-authors can edit a survey to which the respondents started responding. However, their responses are not generated for the edited assignment and are only visible for the previous assignment. The authors or co-authors have to remove the respondents and add them again to make the edited assignment available to them. They cannot delete the questions.
