Who can rollback the performance reviews?
By default, HR/admins can rollback performance reviews. However, if they enable the cycle settings, managers can also rollback reviews only for their team members.
The system will automatically rollback the reviews when:
- HR/admins add or remove goals or IDPs on the review form for employees.
- Managers add or remove goals or IDPs on the review form for their team.
