Create a Post

Employees can share status updates, knowledge, and ideas with everyone or specific people or groups. You receive in-app and email notifications when anyone within the organization posts on Social. If your organization uses MS Teams and Slack, you also receive notifications on both platforms.

Note: The employees can respond to the Posts through email, MS Teams, and Slack, where they receive a notification.

Navigate to Home > Social.

  1. Click the POST or Create Quick links4x Icon at the top left and select Post.
  2. Select the Post Type you would like to Post.
  3. Add a description to your post in the Add Status field.
  4. Type the name of the person or group you want to Share With.
  5. You can add relevant Tags to help categorize your post.
  6. You can attach images, files, or documents to your post by choosing from the existing Picture Library or browsing in the My Computer tab.
  7. Click POST to post on the Social Feed.
