Delegate Performance review

HR/admins can delegate the Performance reviews to someone responsible for evaluating the employees’ Performance. If the employee is collaborating with multiple teams, you can delegate a review to evaluate the employee’s Performance to anyone in the organization. While creating a cycle, you can allow managers to delegate their review to others.

You can delegate the individual or multiple employees’ review.

Navigate to Performance > Cycles.

  1. Click MANAGE on the cycle where you want to delegate a review.

You can delegate the individual employee’s review in multiple ways.

    2.    Hover over the reviewer name and click the Edit edit grey-3 Icon to delegate the review.

    3.    Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

    2. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Oct-11-2023-07-43-45-1628-AM Menu for any employee.

    3.    Select Delegate Review.

    4.    Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

2.       Click the View Form View Form Icon for any employee.

    3.    In the review form, click the Edit edit grey-3 Icon next to REVIEWER.

    4.    Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

Delegate the multiple employee’s review

    2.    In the Process tab, click ACTIONS, select Delegate Reviews, and click SELECT.

    3.    Select the employees individually or in bulk as required and click DELEGATE.

    4.    Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

The delegate reviewers receive pending actions on the home page, in-app, and email notifications after you delegate the reviews to them.
