Delegate performance review
HR/admins can delegate the performance reviews to someone responsible for evaluating the employees’ performance. If the employee is collaborating with multiple teams, you can delegate a review to evaluate the employee’s performance to anyone in the organization. While creating a cycle, you can allow managers to delegate their review to others.
You can delegate the individual or multiple employees’ review.
Navigate to Performance > Cycles.
- Click MANAGE on the cycle where you want to delegate a review.
Delegate individual employee’s review
Delegate the individual employee’s review in multiple ways.
Option 1:
2. Hover over the reviewer name and click the Edit
Icon to delegate the review.
3. Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

Option 2:
2. Click the Overflow
Menu for an employee.
3. Select Delegate Review.
4. Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

Option 3:
2. Click the View Form
Icon for an employee.

3. In the review form, click the Edit
Icon next to REVIEWER.
4. Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

Delegate multiple employees review
2. In the Process tab, click ACTIONS, select Delegate Reviews, and click SELECT.

3. Select the employees individually or in bulk as required, and click DELEGATE.
4. Search and select the reviewer, and click SAVE.

The delegate reviewers receive pending actions on the homepage, in-app, and email notifications after you delegate reviews to them.
