Evaluate learners

The authors can evaluate the learners based on their progress in a course and learning path. 

Evaluation is necessary to assess the learners’ understanding of the learning material, provide feedback on their progress, and ensure they meet the learning objectives. It also encourages them to actively engage with the learning material and master it.

During course creation, if you enable the option After manual evaluation, the Evaluation Status and Scores fields appear in the Learners tab, where you can evaluate the learners based on their pass or fail status and provide them scores.

Navigate to Learning.

1. Click Manage at the top right.
2. Click Authored by you and select a learning.
3. In the Learners tab, hover over the Evaluation Status or Score field and click the Edit Icon.

  4.   Select a status, type the score, and click Confirm.

The Evaluation Status field gives the passed or failed status of the learners. The Score field gives the learners scores.

You can follow the above procedure to edit them anytime.
