Fulfill or decline redemption request

Admins can fulfill or decline the redemption requests when an employee redeems their custom rewards. You can export the custom rewards report.

Navigate to Rewards > Custom Rewards.

  1. In the Status field, hover over the pending status.
  2. Click the Fulfill Approve Icon to approve or the Decline Reject Icon to decline the redemption request of the employee.

  3.   Type the fulfill or decline message if required, and click SAVE.

Note: You have to manually fulfill or decline the redemption requests of the employees.

You can export the custom rewards report.

Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right and select Export.
