Fulfill or decline redemption request

Admins can fulfill or decline redemption requests when employees redeem their custom rewards. They can also export the custom rewards report.

Navigate to Rewards > Custom Rewards.

  1. In the Status field, hover over the pending status.
  2. Click the Fulfill Approve Icon to approve or the Decline Reject Icon to decline the redemption request of the employee.

  3.   Type the message if required, and click SAVE.

Note: You must manually approve or decline employees' redemption requests.

You can export the custom rewards report.

Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right and select Export.
