The terms include:

Acknowledge Comment: Users can acknowledge the comments. The commenter knows that their message is noted.

Ask for Help: Requesting help to address a specific problem.

Attach: The purpose of sharing additional information, such as images or files, to a post.

Group Admin: A group admin manages only a specific group.

Rule Type: It refers to specific categories, such as job title or location, used to filter actions on employee data.

Rule Action: It refers to the specific condition applied to a Rule Type, whether it should contain or does not contain a particular value. 

Rule value: It is a condition assigned to a Rule Type and Rule Action and represents the value used to filter the data. 

  • For example, if the rule type is job title, the rule action is to check if their job title contains or does not contain the value, and the rule value can be a  Manager, HR, or Developer, as it is the specific criteria for the filter. 
    • Rule Type: Job Title

Share Idea: It is a creative and conceptual idea that can be developed into a plan, project, or solution.

Share Knowledge: It provides others with information and insights, contributing to their understanding and learning.

Share Status: It provides a brief update about one's current activities and thoughts in a communication context.

Tags: They are labels or keywords that are assigned to the posts.
