Admins can add Go1 courses to the training recommendations during the performance review.
Follow the steps below to add Go1 courses to the performance review.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles.
Step 2: Select a cycle from the list and click Manage.
Step 3: Search for an employee and click the View Form icon.
Step 4: Scroll down to the “Training Recommendations” section and click Add Training Recommendation.
Step 5: From the “All providers” drop-down, select Go1 to view all the Go1 courses available in the library.
Step 6: Select the courses you want to add and click ADD.
The added courses will show up in the Training Recommendation section for the employees.
