Manage an Application Integration Connection

Employees can connect or disconnect the applications (salesforce, Jira, Google Sheets, etc) in Engagedly. When an application is connected to Engagedly, users can perform the actions on the application that get automatically updated in Engagedly.

To manage connection:

Note: We are demonstrating connecting and disconnecting the Jira in Engagedly. The same procedure is applicable to other applications.

Step 1: Navigate to Home > Profile

Step 2: Click the profile and select Manage Profile.

Step 3: Go to “Integrations” and click Connect next to the application.
Step 4: Sign in to the application to connect.

Step 5: Click Disconnect to disconnect the application from Engagedly.
