Use Role Readiness Assessment
Navigation: Teams > Talent Profiles > Role Readiness Assessment
Using this section as a manager, you can identify the next suitable role for your direct/ secondary report and assess their readiness for the next role.
- Navigate to the Role Readiness Assessment section
- Click on Assess.
- Select a role from the drop-down menu and write the assessment.
- After clicking on Save, the assessment will be submitted.
