Use Role Readiness Assessment

Navigation: Teams > Talent Profiles > Role Readiness Assessment

Using this section as a manager, you can identify the next suitable role for your direct/ secondary report and assess their readiness for the next role.  

• Navigate to the Role Readiness Assessment section 
• Click on Assess. 
• Select a role from the drop-down menu and write the assessment.
• After clicking on Save, the assessment will be submitted.
