      Performance Reviews

      This section provides a visual representation of your formal assessment over a period of time. You can track and compare your performance across cycles and derive key inputs to drive high performance. You can also view Employee and Reviewer ratings, as well as your 9-box analysis.

      Goal Achievement

      Keeping a track of goal achievement is essential for you to deliver high performance. This section provides you with a snapshot of your goals and the progress you have made. You can also view a list of all the goals that are Active or Archived and the percentage of progress achieved on each. You can toggle between Active and Archived options.
