- Department Goals: View a snapshot of progress across Department goals.
- Goals Status Distribution: View the status of all the goals in the organization.
- Goals Alignment: Gives you information on the number of aligned and unaligned goals.
- Goals I follow: View a snapshot of goals you follow and keep track of the progress. Easily access more goals you wish to follow.
- Feedback Received: View feedback received in the organization over a period of 6 months.
- Praises Received: View praise shared in the organization over a period of 6 months.
- Feedback Requests: Track how employees are requesting and responding to feedback.
- Top Categories: Category-wise distribution of the feedback received in the last 6 months.
- Performance: View the performance rating distribution across the organization for every performance cycle and leverage the 9-box performance potential grid to take critical talent decisions.
- Points Redeemed: Displays the points redeemed across the organization over a period of 6 months.
- Points Received: Displays the points received across the organization over a period of 6 months.
- Points Leaderboard: View the points leaderboard based on the number of points accumulated.
- Time Spent: Displays the overall time spent by learners on courses.
Enrolments: Displays how learners have enrolled into courses.
Assignments: Displays the current status of courses taken within the organization.
Assignments with Due date: Displays the status of courses with due date.
Overall Quiz Results: Displays how the learners have performed in courses with quiz.
