1. Introduction

HiBob is a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that offers tools to manage employee data and HR operations.

Admins can integrate HiBob with Engagedly to synchronize employee data between the systems, allowing HR professionals to access HiBob employee data within Engagedly, eliminating the need for manual data entry and import or export processes.

Prerequisites

• Subscription of HiBob and Engagedly.
• Obtain service user credentials with appropriate permission.
• Mapping fields: This involves aligning and connecting data between two systems by linking specific data fields in one system to corresponding fields in the other.
  
  For example, when mapping fields between HiBob and Engagedly, you can map the "employee ID" field in HiBob to the "employee ID" field in Engagedly, and the "job title" field in HiBob to the "job title" field in Engagedly. This ensures accurate data transfer between the systems, eliminating discrepancies and errors from manual data entry.

• Specify how often the auto-sync occurs.

2. Integration

1. Contact our support team to integrate HiBob with Engagedly. They will validate if the prerequisites are met.
2. After validation, our engineering team will start mapping the necessary HiBob fields to the corresponding Engagedly fields.

After mapping the fields, you can add new employees to HiBob, who are automatically synced to Engagedly.

Once the auto-sync process is complete, you will receive an email notification about the sync status.
