  • Award points without badges to reward contributions.
  • Award badges without points to recognize achievements while controlling costs.
  • Reset points without affecting badge levels.
  • Define the total points budget and select the budget period.

Note: Setting the budget to zero is allowed. Leave blank for unlimited points.

  • Point budgets are allocated at various levels: CXO level (organization-wide recognition), manager level (direct reports recognition), or employee level (peer-to-peer recognition).
  • Allocate extra points for manually selected employees beyond the set budget, enabling them to award peers for special contributions.

Note: A blank value for “Additional Points” does not imply unlimited points.

  • Displays real-time cost estimation based on configured budgets and currency conversion settings.

6. How does it work?

  1. Admins must enable the Rewards feature.
  2. Employees can award points to others if the admins give them permission.
  3. Employees receive a notification after they receive points.
  4. Employees can redeem the points they have received by purchasing either gift cards or custom rewards.
  5. Admins receive a notification when an employee redeems their points.
  6. Admins can approve or decline custom reward requests made by employees.
  7. Admins must distribute the approved custom rewards to employees manually.
