Join and conclude meeting
Any participant can join the meeting after being added to it, ensuring they stay informed and engaged. However, only the meeting organizer can conclude it after it ends.
Note: The Join option is not available for future or past meetings.
Navigate to the Candy Box on the left pane and select Meetings.
- Go to My Meetings on the left pane and click a meeting.
Join meeting
The Join option is available on the meeting day.
Click Join at the top of the meeting details page, which redirects you to the meeting platform.
Additionally, on the My Meetings page, you can click Join next to a meeting to access it directly.
Conclude meeting
The Conclude option is available when the meeting starts.
Click Conclude at the top of the meeting details page.
