Make IDP active

After completing an IDP, employees can resume their development journey by reactivating it, allowing them to add milestones and progress further.

Admins and managers can support employees in reactivating completed IDPs, enabling continuous growth, milestone tracking, and career alignment.

Navigate to Apps > Growth.

Perform the following actions relevant to your role:

Persona

Navigation

Admin

On the left pane, click the drop-down, select My Org, and then select an employee.

Manager

On the left pane, click the drop-down, select a team, and then select a team member.

Employees 

Go to the My Growth Hub page.

After you navigate to the respective section, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-3 Menu on a completed IDP.
  2. Select Make IDP Active.

📒Note: You cannot add milestones to a completed IDP. However, you can add milestones after making the IDP active.

Reactivate a completed IDP to make it active, enabling employees to add new milestones for continued progress.
