Manage learners
Tutorial
Admins, authors, and co-authors can manage learners in learning. They can
- Remove learners from learning.
- Nudge learners to complete their learning.
- Reset learners’ progress in learning.
- View learners’ recurrence history, compliance history, or both.
You can nudge and remove learners and reset their progress for individual and multiple learners. You can also nudge them from the dashboard.
However, the recurrence history is available only for individual learners.
Note:
- When the learner starts a course, the Reset Progress option will appear, allowing you to refresh their progress. The Nudge option will no longer be available.
- If you reset, the learners lose their progress.
- The Reset Progress option is available only after learners start taking a learning.
- The Recurrence History option is available only for recurring courses. It is not available for non-recurring compliance courses.
