Employees and managers receive in-app and email notifications when the following events occur in Growth.

Note: Employees do not receive notifications when they create an IDP, put it on hold, mark it as completed, or revert it to active. However, their managers do receive notifications.

Note:

  • Managers do not receive notifications when they create an IDP for their team members, put it on hold, mark it as completed, or revert it to active. However, team members do receive notifications when managers perform these actions on their behalf.
  • Managers do not receive notifications if the employees do not update their role satisfaction and submit their responses to the remaining questions.
  • Participants receive a notification in the Growth module via the Chat Icon if any participant comments on the conversation.
