Notifications in Growth

Employees and managers receive in-app and email notifications when the following events occur in the Growth app.

Employees

📒Note: Employees do not receive notifications when they create an IDP, put it on hold, mark it as completed, or revert it to active. However, their managers do receive notifications.

📒Notes:

Managers do not receive notifications when they create an IDP for team members, put it on hold, mark it as completed, or revert it to active. However, team members do receive notifications when managers perform these actions on their behalf.

Participants receive a notification in the Growth app (via the chat icon) when other participants comment on the conversation.
