The meeting organizer and participants receive email and in-app notifications when the following events occur in the Meetings module.

When the organizer schedules a meeting, you receive the invitation

24 hours before a meeting to review and add discussion points to it

When the organizer or any participant in a meeting, nudges you

30 minutes after a meeting to submit feedback on it

Note: If you schedule a meeting within the next 24 hours, you receive the notification immediately.
