Notifications in Rewards

Employees and admins receive in-app and email notifications when the following events occur in the Rewards module.

Note: If your organization uses MS Teams and Slack, you also receive notifications on both platforms.

Notes:
  • When employees unlock any badge, by default, the system posts it on Social notifying all members of the organization.
  • If you award discretionary points to anyone, you can share it on Social.
