Notifications in Rewards

Employees and admins receive in-app and email notifications when the following events occur in the Rewards module.

Note: If your organization uses MS Teams and Slack, you also receive notifications on both platforms.

Notes:
    • By default, when employees unlock a badge, the system posts it on Social, notifying all employees of the organization.
    • If you award discretionary points to anyone in the organization, you can share it on Social.
