Nudge Your Team Member to Create an IDP
Nudging employees to create an IDP is a process of sending a reminder notification to encourage employees to create an IDP. By nudging employees to create an IDP, managers can ensure that employees are actively engaged in their career development and have a clear roadmap for achieving their IDPs. This can lead to increased job satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Nudge Individual Member to Create IDP
Nudge Members without Active IDP
Nudge Members who Never Had IDP
Nudge Individual Member to Create IDP
Step 1: Navigate to Growth > My Team.
Step 2: By default, you can nudge your direct reports, you can also nudge your secondary and entire team members to create IDPs. Click the Filter Icon and select My SecondaryTeam or My Entire Team to nudge your secondary or entire team members.
Step 3: Select a team member under "My Team" and click Nudge.
Step 4: Type your nudge message and click Send.
Nudge Members Without Active IDP
The active IDP refers to an IDP that is currently in progress, and the employee is actively working on achieving it.
Step 1: Navigate to Growth > Reports.
Step 2: By default, you can nudge your direct reports, you can also nudge your secondary and entire team members without active IDP. Select My Secondary Team or My Entire Team from the "View By" drop-down.Step 3: Click the Members without Active IDP tab.
Step 4: Click Nudge.
Step 5: Select team member(s), type your nudge message, and click Nudge.
Nudge Members Who Never Had IDP
Step 1: Navigate to Growth > Reports.
Step 2: By default, you can nudge your direct reports, you can also nudge your secondary and entire team members who never had IDPs. Select My Secondary Team or My Entire Team from the "View By" drop-down.Step 3: Click the Members who never had IDP tab.
Step 4: Click Nudge.
Step 5: Select team member(s), type your nudge message, and click Nudge.
