Nudge employees and managers in Team Pulse

Admins can nudge:

• Managers for low review rates
• Employees for low submission rates

Navigate to Team Pulse > Reports.

1. Click View Details.
2. Select the required team from the drop-down menu and click Nudge.
   
   
3.  Select the particular audience, type your comment(s), and click Nudge.

You can sort the

• Lowest and highest submission rates of employees
• Lowest and highest reviewed rates of managers

allowing you to nudge them for low submission and low review rates respectively.

Click  beside Submitted to change the view between the highest and lowest submission rates.

Click  beside Reviewed to change the view between the highest and lowest reviewed rates.
