Nudge employees on their IDP

Admins can nudge employees within the organization to create the IDPs and update them to show progress. Through the IDP, employees can establish milestones for their development, outlining their goals, skills, strengths, and areas for improvement.

You can nudge individual or multiple employees to create an IDP, add milestones to it, or update the IDP.

Nudge individual employees

You can nudge individual employees, reminding them to create an IDP, adding milestones, and updating them.

1. Select an employee on the left pane.
2. Click Nudge to send a reminder for an employee to create an IDP.

  2.   Type the message and click Send at the top right.

Nudge to add milestones or update IDP

If employees have created an IDP, you can nudge them to add milestones to the IDP or update an IDP.

1. Select an employee on the left pane.
2. Click the Overflow Menu on an IDP and select Nudge to send a reminder for an employee to add milestones or update the IDP.

  2.   Type the message and click Send at the top right.

Nudge multiple employees

You can nudge multiple employees who

• Never had IDP.
• Do not have active IDP.
• Have active IDP.

Navigate to Growth > Reports.

1. Click the Members who never had IDP, Members without Active IDP, or Members Active IDP tab and click Nudge.

  2.   Select the employees, type your message, and click Nudge.
