Nudge employees in meetings
Admins can nudge employees in different fields to take the following actions:
- Nudge organizers from the Total Meetings field to conclude the meeting.
- Nudge meeting participants from the Members without meetings field to create a meeting.
- Nudge organizers from the Organizers having meetings with no discussion points field to add the discussion points.
- Nudge organizers from the Meeting length breakdown field to optimize the meeting period.
- Nudge managers from the 1:1 with direct reports field to foster the manager-employee relationship.
- Nudge organizers from the Discussion point completion field to mark the discussion points as completed.
- Nudge organizers from the 1:1 between 2 participants field to foster the participants' relationship.
Let us understand the admin actions to nudge employees in the Members without meetings field.
Navigate to the Candy Box on the left pane and select Meetings.
- Click Overview on the left pane.
- On the Org Dashboard, click the drop-down and select My Org, Business Unit, or Department as required.
- Click the Right Arrow in the Members without meetings field.
4. Click the drop-down and select the period as required.
5. Click Nudge at the top right.
6. Select individual participants or select all, type the message, and click Nudge at the top right.
Note: You can follow the same procedure to nudge employees in different fields.
